Danny Gatton was one of the greatest electric guitar players. There is a bit of a Country sensibility here, but it is below the surface mostly. You will either love his pyrotechnic rockabilly jazz solos, or you won't.Chances are that if you are thinking about buying this you are a guitar player. And as such it is probably "required listening".My only criticism is that the CD is usually prohibitively expensive.
